"Wow talk about horrible customer service. They will leave you on hold if you’re calling to cancel your policy with them and keep you like that; straight up ignoring me, thankfully i had several phones and know that if you’re gonna treat me disrespectfully I will stand up for myself and give you your same energy right back. After 8 years of service with them they treat you like you’re a child and try to upsell you instead of listening to your concerns, could not recommend them less. Do better. There was no need for any of that."
